

Waiver Form

General Rules:

Please ensure the soft play and other rental equipment is kept in a clean and hygienic condition throughout use.

No food, drinks, gum etc to be taken onto soft play area.

Please remove shoes, jewellery, pins/ badges, sharp instruments etc before entering soft play area.

No pets on the equipment.

All children using the equipment need to be heavily supervised at all times by an adult (18+)- ensuring appropriate and safe play.. We cannot accept liability for any accidents or injuries caused from any equipment use.

No face paints, streamers, slime, silly string etc to be used in soft play area.

No Smoking/ vaping near equipment.

Please ensure the appropriate number of children are using the equipment at any one time and do not allow younger and older children to use equipment at the same time to make it safe for everyone- don't let children shove, fight, collide etc using equipment as this may cause damage to others.

Current equipment available is for use for children 5 years and under- please do not allow adults and older children to use equipment,

Please leave an appropriate space clear around the soft play set up- around 1 metre.

Please report any damage to equipment to us immediately. Major damage / equipment loss will be chargeable to the hirer and this cost would depend on the price for repair/ repurchase of the equipment in question.

It is the hirers responsibility to check the dimensions of the chosen venue to ensure the equipment fit is appropriate for the venue. If there is not enough space, we reserve the right to remove some equipment as needed to ensure everything fits safely- the hirer would still be charged for the full package rental.

Soft play sets are for indoor use only.

Balls from the ball pit are to be bagged ready for collection by the hirer after the event has finished.

Please do not remove any equipment from the set up area.

The sides of the ball pit are soft- they are to be used as levering aids for children to stand up/ lean on, as this can cause injury.

Do not allow anyone with a history of back/ neck problems, or other related health conditions that may be aggravated by physical activity use the equipment.

No person or persons under the influence of alcohol and/or prescribed and/or non prescribed drugs and/or any other
intoxicating substance will use or supervise the Equipment.
Drop off, set up, and Collection Rules:

Confirmations of equipment rentals will be given once booked. The waiver form below must be completed and submitted prior to event date.

The equipment package price includes delivery within a 15 mile radius of our office address in Newton-Le-Willows (further travel may include delivery fees), setting up of equipment at an appropriate venue, and collection. Rental is for the duration of the day- please let us know the times of your event when booking and we will inform you of our drop off and pick up times.

Please allow for 45 minutes set up time before your event starts and the same for collection after your event as finished.

It is the hirers responsibility to ensure we have access to the venue to deliver and collect the rental equipment. Please let us know of anything that may be a concern when booking (narrow halls, stairs etc).

We always will aim to deliver on time but in the unlikely event of unforeseen delays we cannot be held responsible for late delivery.

Soft Play North west cannot accept responsibility or liability or any accidents, injuries, or damage caused by use of the equipment provided. The terms & conditions stated are there to ensure to ensure safe and appropriate use of equipment. It is the hirers responsibility to ensure these are adhered to and ensure all children using the equipment are supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
